Ralph began his work at The Feed Mill in 1989 as an Assistant Manager. Throughout the years, the building and business saw a lot of changes, but one thing that remained the same was Ralph's dedication to sharing his knowledge of feed and all things livestock with his customers.

In 2016, Ralph and Jean purchased the business and renamed it The Feed Store. Since that time they have poured their hearts and souls into making it more than just a feed store, but a place that friends and neighbors can gather.
